Formålet med anskaffelsen er å dekke Avinor sitt behov for bedriftshelsetjeneste nasjonalt og på hovedkontor. Bedriftshelsetjenesten skal virke forebyggende og bidra til kontinuerlig utvikling i tråd med samfunnets endringer, samt bidra til å verne og fremme arbeidstakernes helse og sikkerhet i arbeidssammenheng.

Ved Hammerfest Lufthavn er det behov for en ombygging og utvidelse av Helikopterterminal pga. kapasitet, HMS- krav og sikkerhetskrav. Byggherren ønsker å gjennomføre dette som en totalentreprise. Entreprisen består i en bygningsmessig og teknisk utvidelse av eksisterende helikopterterminal, prosjektering og utførelse. Utformingen vil bli en forlengelse av dagens terminalbygg ved tilbygg mot helikopteroppstillingsplasser i vestlig retning. Hovedleveransen inkluderer: • Rigg og drift for egne arbeider og andre aktører som deltar for totalentreprenøren. • Forberedende arbeider. (Rivearbeider, ny front med porter mot flyside og etablering av midlertidig helikopterterminal i byggeperioden). • Ca. 200 m² BTA med konstruktivt nybygg ett plan, ombygging eksisterende samt noe utvidelse i eksisterende hangar totalt ca. 600 m2. • Alle faggrupper, utførelse og prosjektering.

Avinor intends to enter into a maintenance contract with Seca solutions as for the maintenance of DormaKaba equipment which is in operation at Avinor's airports. Leveranse av maling og glass til merking av manøvreringsområde og apron.

Anskaffelse av rivingsentreprise for riving av P-hus på Stavanger lufthavn.

I 2018-2019 ble det etablert ny, utvidet helikopteroppstillingsplass ved lufthavna. I den forbindelse ble det avdekket PFOS-forurensede masser i anleggsområdet. Massene skal forsvarlig opplastes og borttransporteres til godkjent deponi for PFAS-holdige masser. Tilbyder må være godkjent for transport av denne type masser.
