Avinor Flysikring AS is planning to buy initial training of Air Traffic Controllers, including Basic training, ADI/APS ratings and ACS/APS ratings. The contract length will be three (3) years, with a further option for Avinor Flysikring AS to extend with an additional one (1) plus one (1) year.

Oppdragsgiver har behov for AV-utstyr og videokonferanse utstyr, og har til hensikt å inngå rammeavtale med to leverandører. Rammeavtalen vil ha en varighet på 5 år. Oppdragsgiver har opsjon på forlengelse av rammeavtalen i ytterligere 1+1 år, til sammen maksimalt 7 år. Oppdragsgiver vil fordele oppdragene på følgende måte: Minikonkurranse mellom to likeverdige Leverandører.
Oppdragsgiver har behov for AV-utstyr og videokonferanse utstyr, og har til hensikt å inngå rammeavtale med to leverandører. Rammeavtalen vil ha en varighet på 5 år. Oppdragsgiver har opsjon på forlengelse av rammeavtalen i ytterligere 1+1 år, til sammen maksimalt 7 år. Oppdragsgiver vil fordele oppdragene på følgende måte: Minikonkurranse mellom to likeverdige Leverandører.
Avinor Flysikring AS trenger leverandører med kompetanse innen kommunikasjonssystemer til flyplasser for å levere DMEs og tilhørende støttetjenester. Leverandøren skal levere DMEs, gi teknisk opplæring til Avinor ANS' ansatte, samt tilby nødvendige reservedeler og dokumentasjon.
The main purpose of the VCS shall be to provide air/ground and ground/ground communications, making it possible for the ATCO or AFIS Officer to communicate by voice at a control tower, approach or AFIS-tower with pilots and neighbouring units. Avinor ANS is providing air traffic and communication services to Avinor AS, private, and military owned airports. For voice communication systems, equipment purchased by Avinor ANS will be installed at the customers facilities in cooperation with the Contractor. Upon completion of the installation, ownership of the equipment may be transferred to the airport. Avinor ANS will be responsible for the 1st line of service, support and maintenance of the equipment towards its customers. To facilitate this, Contractor shall provide the required technical training to Avinor ANS’ staff, as well as the necessary spare, and/ or, replacement parts, as well as all relevant documentation.
This contract shall govern the delivery of a turn-key commercial off the shelf KVM System, primarily intended to be used throughout Norway’s Air Traffic Control. The main purpose of the KVM System shall be to give all ATC working positions the ability to access all information usually shown on one computer screen on another available computer screen, and in doing so also provide the required system redundancy to ensure continuous ATC operations. Contractor shall provide a technical KVM System solution, to include the delivery of hardware, system inspection and configuration where applicable, remote on-demand support, and other services as related to the Contract Object. The full Scope of Work, including specifications and requirements that shall govern the performance of the work is outlined in Annex A, Scope of Work, Requirements and Specifications; Annex C, Governance and Project Management Requirements; as well as the other Annexes attached hereto.
Avinor Flysikring AS (FS) er i en og oppbyggingsfase og har i tiden fremover behov for mye prosjektlederkompetanse. Behovet er i første rekke knyttet utvikling av FS sine systemprosjekter. Anskaffelsens formål er å dekke dette behovet. Det er i dag først og fremst Avinor Flysikrings prosjektavdeling som vil ha behov for prosjektledere og annet prosjektpersonell som skal tilbys gjennom disse rammeavtalene.

Denne kontrakten skal sikre leveranse i forbindelse med montering, vedlikehold, reparasjon og installasjon av Radomer. Leveransen inkluderer også service på master og tårn. Nedmontering av master/tårn og tilhørende utstyr. Avinor Flysikring har i dag 21 Monopuls Secondary Surveillance Radars (MSSR) og 5 Surface Movement Guidance Radars som er i bruk. Alle radarantenner, med unntak av to, er plassert på innsiden av radomen for å beskytte antenne, motor og annet utstyr for vær og klima. Radomene er levert av to forskjellige produsenter; L3 Essco Collins og Ticon. De har forskjellige størrelser f.eks; 22ft, 32ft, 42 ft og 62 ft.
