Avinor AS trenger kompetanse innen Voice Communications System (VCS) for å levere støtte og vedlikehold av VCS på 49 norske flyplasser. Avinor har allerede anskaffet VCS-løsninger for 46 av disse flyplassene gjennom en rammeavtale, inkludert tre militære og fire eksterne flyplasser.

The primary purpose of this document is to verify the areas and volumes necessary for the incorporation of a new operational model that can increase efficiency and reduce cost within operations and maintenance CNS, MET- and ATM-systems and possibly also Electrical & IT equipment/systems. The result of this RFI is requested to be presented in the form of a specification, briefly describing the supplier’s proposed model for operations; systems and related functions.

Inngåelse av ny supportavtale for understøttelse av forvaltning og drift av VHF omni directional radio range (VOR). Anskaffelse av delsystemer (elektronikk, antenneelementer), reserverdeler, reparasjon, kompetanse og støtte som understøttelse av Avinor FS sine oppgaver i forbindelse med forvaltning og drift av eksisterende installasjoner av VOR. Det skal ikke bygges nye installasjoner i fremtiden.

Avinor Flysikring AS har en vedlikeholds- og supportavtale med Frequentis på VCS’er til ACC og Tårn. Avtalen går ut 12. oktober 2021 og har ingen klausul om forlengelse. AFAS trenger å forlenge Avtalen for Bodø VCS fra 2021 til 2023, inkl. reservedeler fra Værnes VCS som er demontert, for at pågående prosjekt skal rekke å få kjøpt inn og installert ny nettsentrisk VCS, som også skal erstatte gamle Bodø VCS.

Avinor Flysikring AS trenger leverandører med kompetanse innen kommunikasjonssystemer til flyplasser for å levere DMEs og tilhørende støttetjenester. Leverandøren skal levere DMEs, gi teknisk opplæring til Avinor ANS' ansatte, samt tilby nødvendige reservedeler og dokumentasjon.

The main purpose of the VCS shall be to provide air/ground and ground/ground communications, making it possible for the ATCO or AFIS Officer to communicate by voice at a control tower, approach or AFIS-tower with pilots and neighbouring units. Avinor ANS is providing air traffic and communication services to Avinor AS, private, and military owned airports. For voice communication systems, equipment purchased by Avinor ANS will be installed at the customers facilities in cooperation with the Contractor. Upon completion of the installation, ownership of the equipment may be transferred to the airport. Avinor ANS will be responsible for the 1st line of service, support and maintenance of the equipment towards its customers. To facilitate this, Contractor shall provide the required technical training to Avinor ANS’ staff, as well as the necessary spare, and/ or, replacement parts, as well as all relevant documentation.
