Die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH benötigt Dienstleistungen zur Unterstützung der dezentralen Umweltverwaltung in den Interventionsgebieten des Programms PADDI+ für einen Zeitraum von 3 Jahren. Das Programm zielt darauf ab, den Druck auf Schutzgebiete zu verringern, indem es die nachhaltige und integrierte Entwicklung von Gemeinden fördert, die um Nationalparks leben, als Alternative zur illegalen Ausbeutung natürlicher Ressourcen in Schutzgebieten. Der Auftragnehmer muss mindestens 3 Referenzprojekte im technischen Bereich der kommunalen und gemeinschaftlichen Governance in ländlichen Gebieten nachweisen, davon mindestens 2 Referenzen in Ostafrika, alle innerhalb der letzten 36 Monate, mit einem Mindestauftragswert von jeweils 750.000,00 EUR.

The "Programme d'appui au développement durable et intégré en périphérie des aires protégées" (PADDI+) is cofunded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), in collaboration with the Ministère de l'Environnement et du Développement Durable (MEDD). The program aims to reduce the pressures on protected areas by promoting the sustainable and integrated development of communities living around national parks, as an alternative to the illegal exploitation of natural resources in protected areas. The program is implemented in close collaboration with other technical and financial partners, such as the Agence française de développement (AFD), as part of the Team Europe Initiative on the Green Deal. PADDI+ is supporting local communities living around seven protected areas (i.e. Andohahela, Ankarafantsika, Ankarana, Analamerana, Marolambo, Midongy du Sud and Montagne d"Ambre).
Kvalifikasjonskrav
The technical assessment is only based on reference projects with a minimum commission value of 750,000.00 EUR.
At least 03 reference projects in the technical field of Communal and Community Governance in Rural Areas of which at least 02 references in East Africa, all of them in the last 36 months.
