Furthermore, there are clearly defined functionality requirements connected to upgrading options and the offered equipment ́s flexibility, which together are expected to have the effect that it will minimise, or even exclude, the need to replace the equipment with new equipment in order to achieve future functionality which is currently not available on the market. Statsbygg ́s assessment is therefore that in order to reduce the climate and environmental impact of this procurement, the exclusion provision in the Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9 (4), as it is clear that the use of climate and environmental requirements has a better climate and environmental effect than the use of the award criteria as described in PPR § 7-9 (2).

Herøy kommune trenger fysisk leveranse av cirka 4,5 - 5,3 GWh elektrisk kraft per år, inkludert energistatistikk, gjennomfakturering av nettleie og avgifter, samt opprinnelsesgaranti, gjennom en rammeavtale med en maksimal totalverdi på 7,56 millioner kroner. Helgeland Kraft Strøm AS har kontrakten i dag. Tildelingskriteriet er total kostnad vektet 100 %.
Avfall Sør Husholdning AS trenger henting, transport og behandling av bioavfall (mat- og hage/parkavfall) fra husholdninger og næringskunder i regionen rundt Kristiansand, med en maksimal totalverdi på 60 millioner kroner over 1 år, med opsjon på forlengelse i 1+1+1 år. Oppdraget omfatter hele verdikjeden fra henting ved Avfall Sør Husholdning AS sitt avfallsanlegg på Støleheia til endelig behandling, og skal sikre at avfallet utnyttes som en ressurs gjennom materialgjenvinning og/eller energigjenvinning. Tildelingskriteriene er pris (70%) og klima og miljø (30%).
