Prøv Cobrief ProThe objective of this procurement is to ensure The Directorate of Public Construction and Property's operational stability through maintenance and preventive work on the contract ́s lifts in Finnmark.Hovedtrekkene i prosedyrenOperation and maintenance includes, among other things, operational visits, reporting and condition assessments. The portfolio consists of different manufacturer and type of lifts. The contract will apply for the lifts stated in the lift overview for the areas covered by the framework agreement. Facilities can be added to or taken out of the contract during the contract period. New installations that come into the contract shall have the same terms and will be priced alike with equivalent lift facilities that are already priced in the contract. Lift installations that are in the guarantee period will only come when the guarantee has expired.
Tenderers must be a legally established company and provide a Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies must provide an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.
Tenderers must have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating assessment of tenderers.
Tenderers may be asked to submit auditor confirmed annual accounts to demonstrate satisfactory financial implementation ability.
Tenderers must have a secure implementation ability (capacity). An overview of the number of employees in the company is required, divided between administration and production.
Tenderers must have sufficient experience from assignments connected to periodic operation and maintenance of lifts at several properties with varied lift types (lift manufacturers). Tenderers must provide an overview of up to 3 of the most important relevant reference assignments carried out in the last 3 years, including: contract value, time frame, a short description of the assignments with a statement of different lift manufacturers on which operations and maintenance have been performed, and the name of the Contracting Authority.
