The panel is divided into six Lots: Mechanical Services, Electrical Services, Civil Works, Structural Works, Energy Works, and Fire Safety Works.

The Health Service Executive (HSE), Dublin North East Capital and Estates, invites applications from suitably qualified Contractors for inclusion on a Specialist Contractors Panel for Minor Capital Works in Counties Cavan, Monaghan, Louth and Meath. The competition comprises six Lots: Lot 1 – Mechanical Services; Lot 2 – Electrical Services; Lot 3 – Civil Works; Lot 4 – Structural Works; Lot 5 – Energy Works; and Lot 6 – Fire Safety Works. Applicants may apply for one or more Lots in accordance with the procurement documentation.
