TRANSQ is a joint qualification system for suppliers and contractors to leading Scandinavian aviation, postal, rail and transport utilities. Achilles Information AS trenger kompetanse for å levere kvalifikasjonssystemet TRANSQ. Dette systemet brukes av skandinaviske transport- og posttjenester for å velge leverandører til kontrakter og rammeavtaler underlagt EU-anskaffelsesregler. Et viktig formelt krav er at leverandørinformasjonen må oppdateres årlig, og det kreves en årlig kvalifikasjonsavgift på SEK 6,000 til 11,900 betalt på forhånd.

Achilles Information AS etablerer et kvalifikasjonssystem, ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE, for leverandører og entreprenører innen bygge- og anleggsvirksomhet i Norden og Sentral-Europa. Systemet er av ubestemt varighet, men krever årlig oppdatering av leverandørinformasjon og en kvalifikasjonsavgift på mellom 270 og 1210 euro. Leverandører må fylle ut et bestillingsskjema, betale avgiften og fullføre et online spørreskjema som dekker detaljert firmainformasjon, samt levere et ESPD via systemet.
