Norges Teknisk-naturvitenskapelige Universitet (NTNU) har inngått en avtale med KAESER Kompressorer AS for levering av en trykkluftbooster til Trøndelag. Avtalen har en total verdi på 3,5 millioner kroner. Konkurransen ble gjennomført som en åpen anbudskonkurranse i henhold til Lov om offentlige anskaffelser, og det ble mottatt to tilbud. Vurderingskriteriene inkluderte pris og kostnader (30%), kvalitet og egnethet av det foreslåtte produktet (30%), service (10%), og miljø (30%).

The competition is conducted as an open tender after Part I and III of the regulations. Negotiations are prohibited. The tender has been published in the DOFFIN and TED databases. Potential suppliers are expected to possess the necessary knowledge of the general public rules and regulations applicable to the public sector purchases in Norway and the EU. Any omission or mistake in any way whatsoever with reference to this does not give the supplier any right to an additional claim. Suppliers prepare and deliver their requests for participation at their own expense and risk. The Contract authority thus assumes no financial responsibility for the invested effort or other costs in connection with the preparation of an application for participation or the participation in the competition as such.
