The European Commission, DG ENV - Environment is planning the procurement of an app for recording pollinators, which will be used by surveyors in Member States to implement field data collection for pollinator monitoring under Article 10 of the Nature Restoration Regulation. The contract includes an unlimited license for using the app and a manual, aiming to simplify implementation and lower costs for Member States. The estimated maximum total contract value is 300,000 EUR over 18 months.

The objective of this contract is to provide an app that can be used by surveyors in Member States to implement the field data collection for pollinator monitoring under Article 10 of the Nature Restoration Regulation.
