The competition concerns the delivery of construction of an exhibition/stand in the BolognaFiere exhibition halls in Italy, as a turnkey contract.
The Exhibition shall take place from 13 April to 16 April 2026.
The Supplier shall collaborate closely with the designers and NORLA throughout the construction phase to refine the drawings and design concepts attached to the Contract. This includes assessing and advising on technical feasibility, material choices, and practical solutions (such as structural limitations and installation possibilities). The Supplier undertakes to loyally comply with and adhere to the developed and approved drawings and concepts, throughout the construction phase.
The estimated value of the procurement is: NOK 1.500.000-2.000.000 excluding VAT, below the EEA threshold value. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The Supplier shall ensure that the total cost of delivery remains within our construction budget of NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT. A maximum price cap of NOK 2,000,000 will apply. Any cost exceeding this cap requires prior written approval from the Client.
This contract requires the use of apprentices in accordance with the Regulation on the Obligation to Require the Use of Apprentices in Public Contracts (Forskrift om plikt til å stille krav om bruk av lærlinger i offentlige kontrakter).

The competition is conducted as Åpen tilbudskonkurrans according to Part I and II of the regulation.
Under this competition, all interested suppliers may submit tenders.
The contracting authority plans to award the contract without engaging in dialogue with the suppliers, apart from any necessary clarifications or corrections.
However, negotiations may be conducted if the contracting authority, after receiving the tenders, considers it appropriate. If negotiations are initiated, a first selection will be made based on an assessment of the award criteria specified in section 2, using the weighting provided there. It is emphasized that no supplier should expect dialogue regarding their tender and must therefore submit their best offer within the deadline.
