Id-Dipartiment tal-Kuntratti jeħtieġ il-provvista ta' Soluzzjoni Korporattiva ta' Ippjanar tar-Riżorsi tal-Intrapriża (ERP) lil WasteServ Malta Limited. Il-kuntratt, b'valur massimu totali ta' 3,561,080 EUR, jinvolvi żewġ fażijiet: l-ewwel fażi hija l-implimentazzjoni tas-soluzzjoni fi żmien 24 xahar, segwita minn fażi ta' servizzi ta' wara l-implimentazzjoni (Ftehim dwar il-Livell tas-Servizz) għal 96 xahar. Is-servizzi għandhom jingħataw f'Malta.

The Provision of a Corporate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution to WasteServ Malta Limited. (a) Phase I – Implementation of the Solution- The Solution is to be implemented, commissioned and completed – as confirmed by a Go-live Milestone Achievement Certificate and the Post-Migration Report issued by the Contracting Authority – by not later than twenty-four (24) months from the issuance of the Works Order (WO) which shall be issued within thirty (30) days from the last signature date of the contract. (b) Phase II – Post-Implementation Services (Service Level Agreement) The Post-Implementation Services shall run for ninety-six (96) months from the date of issuance of the global Go-live Milestone Achievement Certificate.
