Vantaan Energia Oy tarvitsee RU02-diffuusoriputket ja niiden laipiorakenteet toimitettavaksi Helsinki-Uusimaalle 36 kuukauden ajaksi. Hankinnan tarkoituksena on toimittaa täydelliset diffuusoriputket ja laipiorakenteet, joiden lopullinen laajuus ja lisäoptiot ilmoitetaan myöhemmin lopullisessa tarjouspyyntömateriaalissa. Tarjoukset arvioidaan hinnan ja laadun perusteella, kuten osallistumiskutsussa tarkemmin kuvataan.
