Inven2 AS trenger utviklingstjenester for en multi-lumen stent beregnet for minimalt invasiv glaukomkirurgi (MIGS) over 2 år, med en total estimert verdi på 3 millioner kroner over 60 måneder. Prosjektet omfatter optimalisering av stentdesign ved hjelp av in silico-modellering, prototyping og in vitro-testing med okulære modeller og ekstraherte griseøyne, samt produksjon av omtrent 100 enheter for preklinisk testing. Tjenestene skal leveres i Oslo. Tildelingskriteriene er kvalitet på teknisk løsning (40%), prosjektledelse og leveringsevne (20%), og pris (40%). Kvalifikasjonskrav inkluderer dokumentert erfaring fra minst 1 sammenlignbart prosjekt de siste 3 årene, samt CV-er og dokumentert kompetanse for nøkkelpersonell innen relevante felt som biomedisinsk ingeniørkunst og regulatorisk samsvar.

We are seeking quotes for the development and manufacturing of a multi-lumen stent intended for minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). The device is designed to lower intraocular pressure (IOP), a key factor in the progression of glaucoma, with the ability to regulate pressure post insertion. The development scope, estimated to about 2 years of development, includes optimizing the stent design using in silico modeling, prototyping, and in vitro testing with ocular models and extracted pig eyes. Manufacturing will involve precision techniques such as microscale injection molding and extrusion, ensuring the production of a batch that meets the standards for preclinical testing. Approximately 100 units are planned for manufacturing to support the initial in vitro testing and a preclinical efficacy study in pigs.

In this procurement, the contract concerns research and development of a new glaucoma stent prototype, which involves: * Early-stage design and testing, not mass production. * Limited environmental impact during the development phase. * Focus on technical innovation, regulatory compliance, and patient safety. Therefore, sustainability considerations (such as lifecycle emissions, material sourcing, and production efficiency) are not decisive at this stage. These aspects will be addressed in later phases when the product moves toward industrialization and commercialization.
