Haugesund Kommune har inngått en rammeavtale med Atea AS for anskaffelse og vedlikehold av velferdsteknologiske systemer, primært til seks av kommunens sykehjem, men også med mulighet for å inkludere andre kommunale institusjoner. Avtalen omfatter en plattform, utstyr og tilhørende tjenester, inkludert pasientvarsling, kollegavarsling, funksjon for adgangskontroll/dørstyring og sporing, med en varighet på 2 år og en maksimal totalverdi på 15 millioner kroner. Leveransen skal skje i Rogaland. Det ble lagt vekt på kvalitet (30%), miljøhensyn (30%) og pris (40%) i tildelingen.

    The contracting authority shall procure technological welfare systems, primarily for six of the municipality ́s nursing home. It may, however, also be relevant to include other municipal institutions in the procurement. The procurement will include a welfare technological system, consisting of a platform, equipment and accompanying services.Hovedtrekkene i prosedyrenThe aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of technological welfare systems and accompanying services, including procurement and maintenance. The procurement shall contribute to making the digital transformation more efficient in the health and care sector in the municipality. The purpose is to introduce a comprehensive warning system that covers: Patient notification Colleague notification Function for access control/door management Tracing Goal is to ensure a modern, coordinated system that can be integrated with the municipality ́s other technological infrastructure. The system shall strengthen the security for both patients and employees, at the same time as facilitating more efficient work processes and better resource utilisation in the municipality's institutions. It is estimated that between 250 and 1,200 employees will use the system during the agreement period. In addition to the main products included in Annex 5 Annex 1 - Price Form, the framework agreement shall also include adjoining assortment. This means products and equipment that naturally come under the procurement ́s purpose and shall be included in the category otherwise associated assortment. Tenderers shall state a mark-up percentage (%) of the estimated need in Annex 5 Annex 1 - Price Form. Changes included in the tender documentation in this new competition are in annex 0.6 Alteration Log.
