Invoices shall be invoiced monthly in accordance with statistics from sample answers. Invoicing inspections from other suppliers than the contract partner is equal to the price for sample replies.
See the price form for the number of published test answers for St. Olavs Hospital.
A service course for medical technical personnel shall be included in the price per test, the maximum response time for problems with the instrument shall be 48 hours.
It shall be possible to connect the instruments to the existing automation band. (Inpeco conveyor belt, FlexLab 3.6.)
The number of analyses listed in the price form is an estimate of information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. The delivery must be inclusive of all components/accessories, assembly/installation and commissioning so that it functions as a whole based on the needs and requirements described.
It is important to establish an effective cooperation agreement for service for the instrument. The contracting authority has resources at the MTA to offer as local competence and to help tenderers to maintain meeting time requirements. This can be chosen to be offered as a collaboration agreement with the tenderer. The contracting authority has experienced the advantage of having local good technical competence in the equipment.
This will enable the Contracting Authority to cooperate with the tenderer in order to reduce downtime in the event of technical problems. It also gives the Contracting Authority greater possibilities to eliminate user related problems as well as provide greater total insight which contributes to faster solving technical analysis challenges.
In some cases it may be necessary to escalate a problem with the service organisation of the Tenderer and a prior description must be given on how this shall happen so that both parties agreed when the turn-out time from the Tenderer applies.
Tenderers must give a detailed description of how this shall function in practice, from when a enquiry is registered and MTA is connected and how and when the tenderer ́s service network can assist and possibly set up when needed.
A proposal for a cooperation agreement and necessary courses for the MTA are requested to be described. If necessary, describe how the Tenderer is responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance without contractual support from the MTA.
The contracting authority will emphasise that a cooperation agreement is offered.
