Laboratorie- og analyseutstyr
Universitetet i Oslo har inngått en rammeavtale med KISKER BIOTECH GmbH & Co. KG om kjøp av laboratorieutstyr for dyrking av modellorganismen Drosophila melanogaster til bruk i biomedisinsk forskning. Avtalen omfatter drosophila-rør og plugger, drosophila-flasker og plugger, samt plastfilm for å forsegle brett med 10x10 rør. Kvalitet og brukervennlighet, samt klima- og miljøhensyn, ble vektlagt i tildelingen. Det ble mottatt 1 tilbud i konkurransen.

Beskrivelse
Cost is evaluated on the basis of prices offered. The product list is based on products the client is buying today. It is permitted to offer similar products than stated, provided that the quality is the same as the originally requested product. It is also permitted to offer several types of a product if relevant. We ask for an offer price/special price per offered pack size that will apply during the agreement period. In addition, we ask for a list price (per pack size). It is evaluated on the basis of the offer price. The unit prices (price per unit type) are multiplied by estimated consumption. Estimated consumption is given per unit. The list price and discount rate are used for control during the contract period. The price form must not be changed, but it is permitted to add rows.
Beskrivelse
The client want user-friendly products of good quality. The criterion is evaluated on what extent the supplier's offer covers and fulfills the client's needs. The needs are described in Appendix 1. Requirements that are evaluated under this criterion are marked with A or B. (A+ and B requirements stated under Environmental requirements in Appendix 1 are not evaluated under this criterion.) In order to assess usability, the Client will evaluate product samples. Delivery of a product sample is considered mandatory for participation in the competition. Product samples must be delivered together with documentation of the product in question.
