Description of the offered lift system. type of lift and main components capacity and dimensioning fulfilment of universal design requirements technical qualities and functionality 2. Operation and maintenance expected operational security need for service and maintenance. systems that contribute to stable and energy efficient operation 3. Adaptations to existing buildings. how the system shall be adapted to the existing shafts and buildings. conditions connected to disassembly of the existing lift and installation of new Evaluation Emphasis will be put on: how well the system covers the project ́s needs quality and robustness of the technical system adaptations to existing buildings and installations. expected operational reliability and maintenance-friendlyness.

Documentation: Tenderers shall provide an account (maximum 2-3 pages) that describes how the contract deadlines are planned complied with. The account shall as a minimum contain: 1. Progress plan Scheduled progress for: engineering design services and details ordering and delivery of lifts disassembly of the existing lift assembly and commissioning completion 2. Risk assessment for progress Description of conditions that can negatively affect the progress, including: delivery time on lifts coordination with other contracts work in existing buildings technical or constructional conditions 3. Risk reducing measures Measures the tenderer plans to reduce the risk of delays, including: planning and coordination logistics and follow-up of deliveries organisation of the implementation Evaluation Emphasis will be put on: how realistic and well-worked-out the progress plan is the tenderer's understanding of progress risk in the project. relevance and quality of proposed risk reducing measures. degree of implementation ability and security of deliveries.

Statsbygg trenger periodiske sikkerhetskontroller av heiser og løfteinnretninger for sikkerhetseiendommer i Oslo og Akershus, gjennom en rammeavtale over 4 år, med en maksimal totalverdi på 5 millioner kroner. Tjenestene skal utføres annethvert år av et uavhengig og godkjent sakkyndig kontrollorgan.
Statsbygg trenger en totalentreprise for modernisering av én hydraulisk heis ved Kystverkets kontoranlegg i Fiskeriveien 3 i Honningsvåg, Troms og Finnmark. Prosjektet innebærer å modernisere heisen med fokus på å beholde vinkelgjennomgangen.
Movar Iks trenger levering av 2 kranbiler for innsamling av husholdningsavfall i kommunene Moss, Våler, Råde og Vestby. Kjøretøyene skal være komplette med chassis, komprimerende renovasjonsaggregat og kran for tømming av bunntømte og nedgravde containere, og skal være enmannsbetjente og tilpasset effektiv drift i tettbygde områder. Helse Stavanger HF trenger leveranse av personheiser til første fase av Byggetrinn 2 ved Nye Stavanger Universitetssjukehus på Ullandhaug i Stavanger, Rogaland.
