Health Service Executive (HSE) needs Energy Efficient Design (EED) services as part of an Architect Led Design Team for multiple Enabling Works Projects at University Hospital Galway and off-campus, with an indicative value of typically €1.5 million to €20 million per project. This is a multi-party framework agreement with a maximum total value of €15 million over 4 months. The services will be awarded on a cascade or mini-competition basis at the sole discretion of the client.
