Implementation period (weeks)

Beskrivelse

The Implementation Period means the period in weeks commencing on the date of signature of the Contract by the Contracting Authority and ending on the date of issuance of the PAC (Provisional Acceptance Certificate) with accordance of the Contract (hereinafter as “Implementation period”). Maximal admissible length of Implementation period is 82 weeks. If a Participant offers Implementation period longer than 82 weeks, their tender will be excluded from the procurement procedure.

Rolling Mill Downtime (days)

The Rolling Mill Downtime means the period during which the rolling mill is unavailable for production due to the installation and commissioning of the work according Contract, commencing upon the shutdown of the rolling mill for the purposes of installation of the work according Contract and ending upon the restoration of the rolling mill to production operation following completion of installation and commissioning of the work according Contract(hereinafter as “Rolling Mill Downtime”). Rolling Mill Downtime in days will be evaluated. Minimal admissible length of Rolling Mill Downtime is 1 day. If a Participant offers a Rolling Mill Downtime shorter than 1 day, their tender will be evaluated as if they had offered exactly 1 day.

Warranty period (months)

Warranty period as specified in section 6.17 and 8.2 of Contract in months will be evaluated (hereinafter as “Warranty period”). The most advantageous tender under this criterion is the tender with the longest Warranty period. Minimal admissible length of Warranty period is 12 months. Maximal admissible length of Warranty period is 60 months. If a Participant offers a warranty period shorter than 12 months, their tender will be excluded from the procurement procedure. If a Participant offers a warranty period longer than 60 months, their tender will be evaluated as if they had offered exactly 60 months.

Maximum guaranteed length of Head Scrap Piece (millimetres)

Maximum guaranteed length of Head Scrap Piece in millimetres will be evaluated (hereinafter as “Maximum guaranteed length of Head Scrap Piece“). The Head Scrap Piece means the portion of a billet removed from the leading end of the billet during the cutting process. Minimal admissible length of Maximum guaranteed length of Head Scrap Piece is 10 millimetres. Maximal admissible length of Maximum guaranteed length of Head Scrap Piece is 50 millimetres. If a Participant offers a Maximum guaranteed length of Head Scrap Piece shorter than 10 millimetres, their tender will be evaluated as if they had offered exactly 10 millimetres. If a Participant offers a Maximum guaranteed length of Head Scrap Piece longer than 50 millimetres, their tender will be excluded from the procurement procedure.

Maximum guaranteed length of Tail Scrap Piece (millimetres)

Maximum guaranteed length of Tail Scrap Piece in millimetres will be evaluated (hereinafter as “Maximum guaranteed length of Tail Scrap Piece “). The Tail Scrap Piece means the portion of a billet removed from the tailing end of the billet during the cutting process. Minimal admissible length of Maximum guaranteed length of Tail Scrap Piece is 10 millimetres. Maximal admissible length of Maximum guaranteed length of Tail Scrap Piece is 50 millimetres. If a Participant offers a Maximum guaranteed length of Tail Scrap Piece shorter than 10 millimetres, their tender will be evaluated as if they had offered exactly 10 millimetres. If a Participant offers a Maximum guaranteed length of Tail Scrap Piece longer than 50 millimetres, their tender will be excluded from the procurement procedure.
