The Tenderer is required to have filed all returns and paid all due taxes and duties, including employer contributions and VAT returns. Documentation: For Norwegian suppliers such documentation is 1) Tax certificate for tax. 2) Tax certificate for VAT. The certificate must not be older than 6 months counted back from the deadline for submission of the Request. An explanation must be provided for any unpaid tax or other irregularities. If the Tenderer plans to use sub-contractors, a certificate must be submitted for them as well. For foreign Tenders, the requirements for documentation of paid taxes and duties shall be equivalent to the requirements for such documentation in the suppliers national legislation. The Tenderer must be a legally established enterprise. Documentation: Company certificate or equivalent from the Tenderer`s country of residence.
The Tenderer shall be solvent and otherwise have sufficient financial capacity to complete the contract. Documentation: Credit-rating from an independent credit-rating agency.
The Tenderer shall accept to comply with Appendix J – NSBs code of ethical conduct for suppliers.. Documentation: Confirmation. If the supplier is SA-8000-certified or is a member of Ethical Trading Initiative-Norway proof of this must be submitted.
