Beskrivelse
The goal of the study is to conduct a market survey and collect information about data
governance and data economy in Norway, and based on the findings discuss and elaborate
regarding potential future regulatory tasks for Nkom in the area.
The market study will analyse the scope and impact of introduction of the Data Act in the
Norwegian internet economy.
The scope of the study should be based on the legal provisions of the Data Act, and potentially
related legislation such as the Data Governance Act and Artificial Intelligence Act.
The impact of the introduction of the Data Act should analyse the current state of play for data
services in the Norwegian internet ecosystem, and based on that, explore different scenarios
regarding likely evolution of data governance and data economy
