L-Aġenzija tal-Unjoni Ewropea għall-Ażil (EUAA) teħtieġ servizzi ta' manutenzjoni preventiva u korrettiva għall-bini u l-kontenituri tagħha fil-Greċja, permezz ta' kuntratt qafas ta' 4 snin b'valur massimu totali ta' 2.8 miljun Euro. L-għan huwa li jinżamm livell konsistenti, reattiv u professjonali ta' manutenzjoni għas-sistemi mekkaniċi u elettriċi kritiċi u l-istruttura tal-bini, biex jiġi evitat waqfien u jiġi żgurat ambjent komdu u sigur għall-utenti. Il-kriterji tal-għoti huma l-kwalità (60%) u l-prezz (40%).
