Oslo kommune v/ Oslobygg KF needs a turnkey contract for the establishment of a new special department at Hovseter school in Oslo. The project involves constructing a 1,234 m² building over two floors, made from solid wood with visible wooden surfaces and external aluminium covers, designed to meet plus house standards and robustly adapted for pupils with autism spectrum disorders. A separate outside area will also be established. The building site requires emission-free construction, with all machines and transport vehicles being emission-free or using biogas technology. There are also requirements for mapping and prioritizing the reuse of at least five different types of components, preparing climate gas accounts according to NS3720, and source sorting construction waste with a minimum of 90% for recycling. Offers will be evaluated based on Price (70%), the offered personnel's competence and experience (10%), and assignment comprehension (20%).
