Die FAIR - Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research in Europe GmbH benötigt die Lieferung von rechteckigen Blindflanschen für die Strahlendiagnose-Einschuböffnungen der Super-FRS-Fokalebenkammern in Darmstadt. Der Vertrag hat eine Laufzeit von 6 Monaten. Die Vergabe erfolgt nach den Kriterien Preis (30 %), Produktion (21 %), Qualitätssicherung (21 %) und Einhaltung des Zeitplans (28 %). Es wird eine Bietergemeinschaftserklärung gefordert, in der alle Mitglieder und ihre bevollmächtigten Vertreter aufgeführt sind, einschließlich der Benennung eines bevollmächtigten Vertreters, der die Bietergemeinschaft rechtsverbindlich gegenüber der Vergabestelle vertritt.
