Statsbygg trenger tjenester for avfallshåndtering ved Campus USN Porsgrunn, Skien trafikkstasjon og Telemark fengsel, avdeling Skien, i Telemark. Avtalen skal omfatte tømming og transport av avfall, sertifisert sluttbehandling, samt leie av egnet innsamlingsutstyr/avfallsbeholdere.
