Pumpestasjoner og pumpesystemer
Helsingin yliopisto hankkii 3 kappaletta Bellow unit MUSIC (VC-1572289-A-V02-) ja 16 kappaletta Bellow unit GEM-TPC (VC-1572289-A-000-) -tyyppisiä metallipalkeita FAIR in-kind -hankkeeseen. Toimituksen tulee sisältää instrumentit 24 kuukauden takuulla, toimituksen ja vakuutuksen. Palkeiden tulee olla valmistettu teknisten piirustusten mukaisesti ja soveltua vaativiin korkean tyhjiön sovelluksiin. Sopimuksen kesto on 6 kuukautta. Tarjoukset arvioidaan hinnan (50%), toimitusajan (30%), tyhjiön ja vuotonopeuden (10%) sekä järjestelmän puhtauden (10%) perusteella. Tyhjiön tulee olla < 10e-7 mbar ja vuotonopeuden (integroitu) ≤ 10e-9 mbar*l/s. Yrityksen tulee pystyä toimittamaan erittäin korkean tyhjiön puhdas laite.

The University of Helsinki will procure edge-welded metal bellows assemblies for the FAIR in-kind contribution project. The procurement consists of: • 3 pieces of Bellow unit MUSIC (VC-1572289-A-V02-) • 16 pieces of Bellow unit GEM-TPC (VC-1572289-A-000-) The bellows assemblies shall be manufactured according to the enclosed technical drawings (Annexes 1 and 2) and shall be suitable for demanding high vacuum applications.
