The procurement is carried out within the framework of the cross-border Interreg Aurora project Aurora Reel Accelerator (project reference number 20376761), in which we will invest in Virtual Production infrastructure (VP infrastructure). The budget is 179 282 € (VAT 0%). The option is not included in the budget. The system will be used for: Film and media production (Reel Jam events, trailer production) Education and workshops Prototyping and pitch materials Demonstrations for students and industry stakeholders In the cross-border Interreg Aurora project Aurora Reel Accelerator (project reference number 20376761), project partners in Finland and Sweden invest in Virtual Production infrastructure (VP infrastructure). The supplier may be requested to provide an identical delivery of LED panels and processors to Skellefteå, Sweden, by Creative Crowd AB under a separate commercial agreement outside this procurement procedure. The supplier is not obliged to accept such a delivery. Compatibility and Cross-Border Operation The LED panels and processor for the two installations shall be identical in order to enable: Joint productions with combined VP capacity Shared workflows and technical standard Technical integration and remote collaboration Creative Crowd AB is a private company and will carry out any purchase of identical components independently outside this procurement procedure. The supplier may be contacted separately by Creative Crowd AB for a commercial agreement.Hovedtrekkene i prosedyrenVariant Tenders Variant tenders are permitted and welcome within the framework of this procedure. The purpose is to allow suppliers to present alternative configurations within the tender that may provide better technical performance or a lower total cost than the base tender. Important: A variant tender does not replace the base tender. The supplier must always submit a complete base tender that meets all requirements in Sections 3-13. The variant tender is a supplement that the contracting authority may choose to accept instead of the base tender, but is under no obligation to do so. A variant tender may differ from the base tender configuration in the following respects: Alternative size of the LED wall (larger or smaller than the base tender) Alternative server components that provide better performance in combined operating mode Alternative tracking systems that meet the requirements in Section 6 but use a different technology or supplier Alternative LED panels with improved specifications (e.g. lower pixel pitch, higher refresh rate) within the same budget Alternative component combination that reduces total cost without reducing performance below the minimum requirements A variant tender may not deviate from the following hard requirements: Pixel pitch not exceeding 1.9 mm Scan rate 1/8 or better Identical LED panel and processor for Finland and Sweden from the same batch (pls refer to the information above) Evaluation of Variant Tenders Variant tenders are evaluated according to the same criteria and weights as the base tender. If a variant tender receives a higher score than the base tender from the same supplier, the contracting authority is entitled to accept the variant tender. The contracting authority is never obliged to accept a variant tender.
