Holmestrand municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of electrical services. Electrical work, low and heavy current, as well as telecommunication and computer installations. A parallel framework agreement will be established with 3 tenderers. The aim of the procurement is to cover the need for such tradesman services for the execution of minor project and maintenance work in accordance with the requirement specification and this notice The framework agreement shall be signed for 2 years, with an option for Holmestrand municipality to extend for a further 1+1 year, a total of maximum four years. Expected start-up date December 2025 About the use of the environment criteria, - The procurement regulations § 7-9: It is the contracting authority ́s assessment that the use of implementation requirements combined with award criteria clearly gives the best environmental consideration. Alternatively, the requirements could be subject to evaluation/award criteria where only partial fulfilment will given a score and thereby be a weakening of climate and environmental achievement. There are requirements regarding the use of 0 emission vehicles. The environment is weighted 15 % as stated in the award criteria.Hovedtrekkene i prosedyrenThe work will mainly consist of ongoing maintenance and renovation both indoor and outdoor. Notes to the contract: The contract includes materials if needed, but the contracting authority reserves the right to deliver this. See the other documents attached to the competition Contract type and the estimated value of the procurement is up to NOK 18-20 million over a total of four years for further information on the contents of the procurement. The estimated scope is only an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. For major assignments and special projects, the contracting authority reserves the right to hold separate competitions and enter into separate contracts for these assignments, if it is deemed to be appropriate to outsource assignments or contracts as separate competitions If deliveries on the contract exceed the given estimate, the contract ends.
