NTNU has a fixed budget. The contracting authority therefore reserves the right to make budgetary reservations.
The total cost of the offer for equipment and services should not exceed 3 MNOK (including VAT). The specifications that would be needed for each detector type for the intended applications are provided in detail below.

The competition is conducted as an open tender after Part I and III of the regulations. Negotiations are prohibited.
The tender has been published in the DOFFIN and TED databases.
Potential vendors are expected to possess the necessary knowledge of the general public rules and regulations applicable to the public sector purchases in Norway and the EU. Any omission or mistake in any way whatsoever with reference to this does not give the vendor any right to an additional claim.
