Brief
To obtain adequate control during critical incidents, such as GNSS jamming, and to identify specific attacks and adequately mitigate the threats, Avinor must maintain and strengthen security and timekeeping. Avinor therefore intends to enter into an agreement for delivery and maintenance of atomic clocks, as further described in the requirements specification. The agreement will be split into (1) a purchase agreement for the atomic clocks and accessories, and (2) an agreement for the maintenance and servicing of the equipment and accompanying software. The maintenance agreement shall also be used for ancilliary purchases after the initial deliveries have taken place.
