Nationaltheatret AS trenger et integrert billettsystem for en rammeavtale over 7 år, med en maksimal totalverdi på 8 millioner kroner. Systemet skal være moderne, brukervennlig og fleksibelt, og skal støtte alle salgs- og distribusjonskanaler, være kompatibelt med relevante plattformer, og integreres med andre systemer som nettside, CRM, økonomi og markedsføring. Løsningen skal sikre høy tilgjengelighet, pålitelig datakvalitet og overholde krav til universell utforming, databeskyttelse og sikkerhet, og må støtte Nationaltheatrets drift med flere scener, ulike prisstrukturer, salg via billettluke, kundesenter, nettside og tredjepartsdistributører, samt enkeltbillett- og abonnementssalg. Tildelingskriteriene er pris (30%) og kvalitet på den foreslåtte løsningen (70%).

    The purpose of this procurement is to establish a modern, user-friendly, and flexible ticketing system that provides the public with a seamless experience from purchase to entry, while at the same time streamlining internal work processes at Nationaltheatret. The system shall support all sales and distribution channels, be compatible with relevant platforms, and integrate with other systems (website, CRM, finance, and marketing). The solution shall ensure high availability, reliable data quality, and compliance with applicable requirements for universal design, data protection, and security.Hovedtrekkene i prosedyrenThe purpose of this procurement is to establish a modern, user-friendly, and flexible ticketing system that provides the public with a seamless experience from purchase to entry, while at the same time streamlining internal work processes at the National Theatre. The system shall support all sales and distribution channels, be compatible with relevant platforms, and integrate with other systems (website, CRM, finance, and marketing). The solution shall ensure high availability, reliable data quality, and compliance with applicable requirements for universal design, data protection, and security. The solution must support Nationaltheatret’s entire operation, including:Multiple venues and performance spaces with varying seat maps and pricing structures. Sales through box office, call center, website, and third-party distributors. Both single ticket sales and subscription/season ticket models. High seasonal peaks (e.g., ticket launches). Access for a large number of end-users, box office staff, administrators, and marketing personnel. The Customer will perform certain configuration and day-to-day administrative tasks internally, while expecting the Supplier to provide expert consultancy for implementation, integrations, and future upgrades. The Supplier shall provide a system that, at a minimum, covers the following functional areas:Ticket sales (single, group, and subscription models)Seat management and dynamic pricingCRM functionality with purchase history and segmentationIntegration with marketing tools and newsletter solutionsReporting and analytics (sales, audience, financial, demographic)Support for universal design and accessibility standards

Kvalifikasjonskrav

    Leverandøren skal oppfylle forpliktelser knyttet til betaling av skatter, merverdiavgift eller lignende betalinger i henhold til lovgivningen i Norge eller den relevante staten der leverandøren er etablert.

    The Supplier shall complete Appendix 6 Annex 1 – Pricing Form. All prices shall be stated in NOK ex. VAT.

    Beskrivelse

    The contracting authority will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the extent to which the Supplier’s solution and delivery meet the needs and requirements of Nationaltheatret, as described in Appendix 1 and Appendix 1 Annex 1. The Supplier’s response is distributed across the following Appendices, which together form the basis for the evaluation of this criterion: › Appendix 1 Annex 1 – The Customer’s Requirements Specification and the Supplier’s Solution Description. › Appendix 3 – Plan for the establishment phase › The Supplier’s standard service level agreement (SLA) › The Supplier’s Data Processing Agreement The supplier shall present its offer and demonstrate the functionality and user interface of the solution. The presentation of the offer will be part of the overall evaluation under “quality of the proposed solution.”
