The annual value is estimated to approx. NOK 2 million to NOK 10 million excluding VAT. The annual turnover on the contract will vary depending on activities, political decisions, budget situation and other framework factors, and can therefore in no way be guaranteed and encumbered with uncertainty. For the accompanying materials, this is an option that the municipality can choose to use. The municipality will, for each assignment, assess whether also materials shall be delivered together with the landscape gardening service. The aim of the contract is to cover the municipality ́s need for site gardening services. The delivery includes different types of assignments within new installations, repairs and renovations of all types of outdoor installations in accordance with requirements set forth in the competition. Major procurements (value above NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT) can be kept out of this contract if requested by the municipality. The contracting authorities will be invited to participate in such competitions.
