A new framework agreement aim to cover the demand for level crossing surface panel systems within the National railway network in Norway. Short description of scope: This framework agreement applies to delivery of modular level crossing surface panel systems. The level crossing structure shall consist of internal panels to span between the rails of an individual track and external panels outside each rail together with necessary support and fastening elements. The framework agreement shall also include necessary tools for assembly and dismantling of the proposed level crossing surface panel systems. Please note! This framework agreement does not include level crossing protection systems or other signalling systems in connection with level crossings.
