The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (NDLO), on behalf of the Royal Norwegian Air Force (RNoAF), is preparing a procurement for Bell 412 simulator services. A market survey (Request for Information) has been issued to gather insight into the availability of relevant simulator solutions, supplier capabilities, and to test the viability of the attached requirement specifications. The procurement is expected to be divided into two distinct contracts:Contract 1: Visual training, including Night Vision Goggle (NVG) operations and wet lease-based simulator use.
Contract 2: Instrumental training (IFR) and wet lease-based simulator use.
Suppliers are invited to respond to a structured feedback form and to indicate whether they can deliver services under one or both of the above contracts. The objective of the RFI is to:Validate the realism and appropriateness of the requirements.
Map supplier availability and potential constraints.
Assess whether one or more areas may constitute a single-source situation, pursuant to FOA § 13-4 b (2).
NDLO appreciates all contributions from the market and welcomes both full and partial responses.
