OBJECT OF THE RFI Yle invites interested suppliers to participate in a market dialogue regarding Story Centric Production Solutions for News (YLE20260040). Yle is Finland's national public service media organization, offering broadcast, online, and VOD content. Invitation to Market Dialogue Yle News strives to continuously enhance the user experience of its news production solutions and ensure smooth, compatible workflows with seamless integrations and automation. Yle is looking for a comprehensive story-centric solution to cover the complete news production process. To better understand the possibilities offered by modern tools, we are conducting preliminary market research. Through this RFI, we aim to deepen our understanding of possible workflows and obtain answers to open questions. Schedule 29.6.2026: Publishing of the RFI 3.8.2026: Latest date for questions to Yle 10.8.2026: Yle responds to questions 17.8.2026: Final RFI responses due to tarjoukset.yle(at)yle.fi From 25.8.2026: Market dialogue Yle may conduct meetings with select suppliers during August/September 2026 (face-to-face in Helsinki or via Google Meet). The RFP is anticipated for autumn 2026. OTHER MATTERS This EU Prior Information Notice is not a request for offers. Participation in the market dialogue is not required for later participation in the procurement procedure, nor does it create any obligation to participate. The description and scope are preliminary. Yle will specify needs and objectives in the final invitation to tender. All responses will be treated as confidential and for Yle's internal use only.
