Anbudsoversikt for Software support for PaxControl

Avinor intends to enter into a contract with Airsphere GmbH for the maintenance of PAXControl software (supplied by Airsphere GmbH) for monitoring and management of approx. 350 SBGs (Self Boarding Gates) operating at all of Norway's airports. The procedure used is; procurement without competition, ref. FOF §9-3 b) 3, because the supplier has exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights. And, the agreement involves an advantageous offer that is available for a very limited period, ref. FOF §9-3 f). The contract is below the threshold for EU utilities directive.
