Achilles Information AS, på vegne av Statnett SF, har etablert et kvalifikasjonssystem kalt STATNETT SF STAGE 2 for leverandører av utstyr, materialer og tjenester til transformatorstasjoner og kraftledninger, med spesifikke krav for OBSTRUCTION LIGHT SYSTEM. Leverandører må først kvalifisere seg gjennom ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE (STAGE 1) før de kan søke om kvalifikasjon i STAGE 2. Kvalifikasjonssystemet er en kontinuerlig prosess uten tidsbegrensning, men leverandørinformasjon må holdes oppdatert. Det kreves dokumentasjon på betalte skatter, minimumslønn og arbeidsforhold, sikkerhetsavtale, samt aksept av Statnett SFs etiske retningslinjer. Videre må leverandørene ha et velfungerende HMS-system, tilstrekkelig økonomisk kapasitet, samt tekniske og profesjonelle kvalifikasjoner inkludert erfaring og referanser. Kvalitet og risikostyring er også en del av kravene, og leverandørene må kunne dokumentere sitt kvalitetssystem.

It's operated by Achilles under Article 77 of Directive 2014/25/EU.
