Avtalen har en varighet på 4 år og en maksimal total verdi på 1 milliard kroner. Det ble lagt vekt på kompetanse og erfaring (45%), kostnader (35%) og metodikk (20%). 31 leverandører deltok i konkurransen.

Vestland Fylkeskommune Skyss har inngått en avtale med Stadler Signalling Deutschland GmbH for levering av signalanlegg til Bybaneprosjektet i Bergen, byggetrinn 5 - Bergen sentrum - Åsane. Avtalen omfatter en totalentreprise for prosjektering, innkjøp, bygging og installasjon av et skinnesignalsystem, skinnebryterkontrollsystem, skinnebrytervarmesystem, punktmaskiner, LAN, sentralsystem, samt sikkerhetsdokumentasjon og godkjenningsprosesser. Prosjektet er lokalisert i Vestland, og avtalen har en estimert total verdi på 12 300 000 euro. Det ble mottatt tre tilbud i konkurransen.

Sporveien AS har avlyst konkurransen om levering av tekniske tjenester for monitorering av rullende materiell og infrastruktur. Dette var en rammeavtale for overvåkning og kontroll, men det ble ikke inngått noen avtale. Begrunnelsen for avlysningen er angitt som "annet".

Jernbaneverket planlegger anskaffelse av et nytt Traffikstyringssystem ( TMS ) til å drifte det norske jernbanenettet. Dette er en del av fornyelses signalsystem basert på ERTMS (et felleseuropeisk signalsystem for jernbanen) standard . Målet er å fornye de eksisterende signalanlegg på jernbanenettet innen 2030. Fornyelsen omfatter Signal systemer, Utstyr i tog, TMS . Anskaffelse av et nytt TMS inkluderer: - Levering av en TMS som skal drifte og kontrollere eksisterende og nye signal systemer. - Relaterte tjenester (inkludert, men ikke begrenset til, design / ingeniørarbeid, installasjon, integrasjon, testing, godkjenning , opplæring og dokumentasjon ); - Støttetjenester Det nye TMS -systemet vil bidra til en enhetlig , fleksibel struktur for trafikkstyring.

Hordaland Fylkeskommune Under Sletting Fra 01.01.2020 planlegger anskaffelsen av bygge- og anleggsarbeider i forbindelse med anlegg av bybaner for Bybanen i Bergen - byggetrinn 4, som omfatter 10,8 km ny linje med 5 km dagstrekning og 5 km i tunnel, 8 nye holdeplasser, fire tunneler og en bro for banen, samt to tunneler for gang- og sykkelvei, en større veibro og flere mindre vei- og gangbroer. De enkelte entreprisene vil bli kunngjort på Doffin/TED i perioden høst 2017-2020. Kontraktens maksimale verdi er estimert til 6,2 milliarder kroner.
