Oslo kommune v/ Oslobygg KF needs construction contractor services for a framework agreement with a maximum total value of 20 million NOK. The services involve stable, efficient, and reliable operation of Holmenkollen National Arena and Lillomarka Ski Arena throughout the year, with most work expected in the summer for projects, operational adaptations, maintenance, and improvements. During winter, mechanical and manual resources will be needed for snow removal and clearing. Price will be weighted 100% in the award criteria.
