HAUS kehittämiskeskus Oy perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) vuosille 2026–2030 digitaaliseen transformaatioon, innovaatioon, hallintoon, institutionaaliseen kehitykseen ja julkisen sektorin kehittämiseen liittyvien asiantuntijapalveluiden hankintaa varten. Hankintojen arvioitu kokonaisarvo DPS:n voimassaoloaikana on noin 40 miljoonaa euroa (alv 0 %). Palvelut toimitetaan maailmanlaajuisesti, ja ne voivat liittyä kansainvälisiin kehitysyhteistyöhankkeisiin, teknisen avun toimeksiantoihin, neuvontapalveluihin, valmiuksien kehittämiseen, tutkimuksiin ja arviointeihin. DPS on jaettu neljään kategoriaan: Digitaalinen transformaatio, data, tekoäly ja kyberturvallisuus; Hallinto, julkisen sektorin kehittäminen ja valmiuksien rakentaminen; Innovaatiot, investointivalmius ja tekninen apu; sekä Viestintä-, media-, luova- ja näkyvyyspalvelut. Tarjoukset arvioidaan hinnan ja laadun perusteella.

Prøv Cobrief ProHAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management Ltd (HAUS) is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the period 2026–2030 for the procurement of expert services related to digital transformation, innovation, governance, institutional development and public sector development. The estimated total value of procurements conducted under the DPS during its validity period is approximately EUR 40 million (excluding VAT). The DPS will be used to procure expertise for international development cooperation projects, technical assistance assignments, advisory services, capacity building initiatives, studies, evaluations and other expert services implemented globally. Assignments may be funded by, among others, the European Union, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, development finance institutions and other international cooperation partners. The DPS is divided into the following categories: 1. Digital Transformation, Data, Artificial Intelligence & Cybersecurity 2. Governance, Public Sector Development & Capacity Building 3. Innovation, Investment Readiness & Technical Assistance 4. Communications, Media, Creative & Visibility Services The DPS is open to suppliers from Finland and internationally. Suppliers may apply to one or several categories and, once admitted, will have the opportunity to participate in mini-competitions launched throughout the DPS period 2026–2030. Eligible suppliers may apply for admission at any time. Individual contracts will be awarded through mini-competitions among the suppliers admitted to the relevant category or categories.
