Claim: The supplier must have a proper relationship with regard to payment of tax, employer's contribution and value added tax. Documentation: Tax certificate not older than six months from the deadline for submitting a request to participate. Tax certificate means: For Norwegian suppliers: Certificate of tax and value added tax issued by the tax office via Altinn For foreign suppliers: Foreign suppliers must provide equivalent certificates from their country showing that they have arranged tax and taxation conditions. If the authorities in that country do not issue such certificates, the supplier shall provide a declaration confirming that all taxes and fees have been paid. The declaration must be approved and signed by the supplier's CFO / CFO. Kav: The supplier must be a legally established company. Documentation: Norwegian suppliers: Company certificate. Foreign suppliers: Confirmation that the supplier is registered in the trade register or business register in accordance with. the law of the country in which the supplier is established.
Claim: The supplier must have sufficient financial strength to fulfill the contract. Documentation: The supplier's annual accounts included audit report from the last two years.
