Indigo IKT IKS (hereafter called "Indigo" or "Contracting Authority") is an inter-municipal ICT company that operates, manages and develops systems for nine municipalities in Innlandet county, with a total population of approx. 111,000 inhabitants. In addition to being an IT partner for the owner municipalities, Indigo provides services to several other public entities in the region, including cinemas, water and sewage companies, fire service etc. Approx. 27,000 people in more than 320 physical locations use daily Indigo ́s systems, both health personnel, teachers, pupils and administrative employees. Indigo IKT has a total portfolio of services that makes the company a significant IT player in Innlandet.Hovedtrekkene i prosedyrenThe aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the delivery of ICT supplies. The contract shall contribute to professional, efficient and simple procurement processes, as well as ensure good and favourable procurements for the Contracting Authority ́s customers. The framework agreement shall support cost efficiency, increased use of electronic commerce, good regulatory compliance and safeguarding climate and environmental considerations. Indigo IKT needs a framework agreement for the delivery of ICT supplies, including toners for printers, computer mouse and keyboards, mobile hard drives, memory pens, web cameras, headsets, small speakers, cables and various other ICT related accessories. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer. The duration of the framework agreement is two years. The contracting authority has the option to extend the framework agreement for a further 1+1 year, to a total maximum length of 4 years.
