The contract shall contribute to professional, efficient and simple procurement processes, as well as ensure good and favourable procurements for the Contracting Authority ́s customers. The framework agreement shall support cost efficiency, increased use of electronic commerce, good regulatory compliance and safeguarding climate and environmental considerations. Indigo IKT needs a framework agreement for the delivery of ICT supplies, including toners for printers, computer mouse and keyboards, mobile hard drives, memory pens, web cameras, headsets, small speakers, cables and various other ICT related accessories. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer. The duration of the framework agreement is two years. The contracting authority has the option to extend the framework agreement for a further 1+1 year, to a total maximum length of 4 years.

The agreement requires two delivery models: direct delivery to Valøya or construction sites within Trondheim municipality, and self-collection by the contracting authority, which necessitates the tenderer's delivery/storage place to be within a maximum 1-hour driving distance from Valøya.
