EIT RawMaterials GmbH benötigt ein Learning Management System (LMS) für die European Raw Materials Academy und die European Advanced Materials Academy. Die Dienstleistungen umfassen die Bereitstellung, das Hosting und die Wartung des LMS. Die Vergabe erfolgt auf Basis des Preises (30 %), des technischen und funktionalen Angebots (60 %) sowie der Erfahrung und Expertise des Teams (10 %). Bewerber müssen eine Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung mit einer Mindestdeckung von 500.000 EUR pro Schadensfall und 1.000.000 EUR pro Versicherungsjahr nachweisen. Zudem sind Referenzen über Projektarbeit in einem mehrsprachigen und internationalen Umfeld (mindestens Englisch und 2 Länder) sowie über den Betrieb von LMS für mindestens 100.000 Lernende, einschließlich Hosting und Wartung, erforderlich.

Learning Management System (LMS) for European Raw Materials Academy and European Advanced Materials Academy
Kvalifikasjonskrav
Registration with the commercial register (Indication of the HRB/HRA number and the register court). If there is no obligation to register (e.g. due to the legal form), corresponding information must be provided.
Registration with a professional or trade register in other EU Member States (For the Member States of the European Union, the respective professional or trade registers are set out in Annex 11 to Directive 2014/24/EU).
The business liability insurance to be proven must include the following minimum coverage: Personal injury, property damage and financial losses: EUR 500,000 sum insured per claim and limited to EUR 1,000,000 sum insured for all claims in an insurance year.
Annual turnover in EUR (net), based on the last three completed financial years before the time limit for tenders, for which figures are already available.
The tenderer must demonstrate experience in project work in a multilingual and international environment (at least English and at least 2 countries).
The tenderer must demonstrate experience in operating learning management systems for a minimum of 100,000 learners including software hosting and maintenance services.
Tenderers have to declare which parts of the contract the tenderer intends to subcontract, where such a declaration is already possible.
