The objective and extent of the procurement. The procurement is for the execution of winter maintenance (snow clearing, snow clearing, gritting, delivery of gritting, set-up, supplementing and clearing snow poles and other winter maintenance work) for municipal snow clearing areas in Harstad municipality. The snow clearing areas consist of municipal roads and any facilities in accordance with the area map. Tenderers must familiarise themselves with the area and be able to offer complete services, in accordance with the procurement ́s purpose and contract terms, for the routes that the tenderer chooses to submit a tender for. The procurement is for 5 lots. Tenderers can submit tenders on one or more of the lots. Sub-tenders Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment, i.e. tenders for the following parts: Lot 09 Medkila - Kanebogen - Åsby - Stangnes Area 11 Harstadbotn - Seljestad - Gangsås -Grønnbakkan Lot 16 Ervik - Stornes - Elveneshaugen Lot 21 Lundenes - Fenes Area 22 Grøtavær - Rode Kjøtta Contract period The contract period is 4 years with an option for 1+1 year extension. The total contract length is up to 6 years. The option involves a unilateral right for the municipality to extend the contract on the same terms. The option will run automatically if the contractor has not been notified otherwise by 1 June in the contract or option year. Start up autumn 2026.Hovedtrekkene i prosedyrenAll interested suppliers can submit tender offers through Hyyr. The competition does not have a prequalification phase. The tenders will be evaluated directly, and dialogues or negotiations will not be allowed beyond minor clarifications and corrections of the tenders. Tenderers are strongly encouraged to follow the instructions given in this tender documentation with annexes and possibly ask questions about uncertainties in the communication module in Hyyr.

Tenders with the lowest price will get 10 points. The other tenders will get points based on the ratio of the lowest price to their deviation from this (linear point calculation). The zero point will be set at twice the lowest price. A higher price than twice the lowest price will involve zero points.
