Tildelingskriterier
Beskrivelse
The award criteria "Price" will be evaluated on the basis of the lowest tender price in the completed product and price forms.
Total sum for evaluation = (Sum for evaluation in Annex 03.1) + (Total for evaluation in Annex 04)
This also includes the lines with option.
The tenderer who has offered the lowest price will get an unweightd score of ten. The other tenderers will have their scores reduced in accordance with the following formula: Unweighted score = Lowest price/offered price * 10
NB: If several colours/materials are given for the offered products, the tenderer shall be offered at the same price.
The award criteria "Quality" will be evaluated based on the offered products technical, aesthetic and functional qualities.
The attached colour concept expresses the contracting authority ́s desired expressions. If the offered products are given with multiple colours/materials, this will be subject to evaluation under the quality criteria.
The contracting authority will carry out a total assessment during the evaluation of this award criteria.
Documentation: Tenderers shall enclose comprehensive product information and pictures for the offered products.
The tenderer who is assessed best on "Quality" will get an unweight score of 10. Other tenders will be awarded points relatively to the best tender.
The contracting authority will emphasise whether the offered products are marked with the Swan Label, EU Ecolabel Blå Engel, NF Environnement, Swedish Møbelfakta or FEMB level 3. Equivalent labelling schemes will also be paid.
Other labelling schemes will give a lower score, if the environmental labels are assessed as less relevant or comprehensive.
FEMB level 2 gives 50% profit from the Swan Ecolabel.
FSC/PEFC, ASI, Økotex 100, Økotex Made in Green, FEMB level 1 or Greenguard give 25% credit compared to the Swan Ecolabel.
The EU Ecolabel or the Swan Ecolabel on components/materials gives 35 % value.
Tenderers who offer other brands will have the legal responsibility to document that their environmental label can be seen as equal/equivalent with the marks specified above.
When calculation of points on this criteria, scores on the individual products will be multiplied by the estimated volume stated in the product and price forms (Annexes 03.1 and 04) for the individual products.
The tenderer who achieves the most total points will be awarded an unweight score of ten. The other tenderers will have their score reduced according to the following formula:
Unweighted score: Tenderers achieved points in total/Total points awarded to the tenderer with the most points * 10
