Oppdragsbeskrivelse

Skoleskyss comprises transport of pupils in primary and secondary schools, vidaregåande and in provisional training, which fulfils the conditions for the right to such transport and has applied for and been granted such transport according to what is currently the current regulations and guidelines that deal with this. The assignment under this agreement involves pupils with the right to free school transport, but for various reasons the pupils cannot benefit from scheduled transport or host transport. The competition comprises 13 contracts (Pakkar). It is necessary to submit tenders for one or several packages.Hovedtrekkene i prosedyrenThe procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Act from 17 June 2016 no. 73 on public procurements of (LOA) and the regulations 12 August 2016 no. 974 on public procurements (FOA) of. The procurement shall be carried out in accordance with part I and part III of the regulations (above the EEA threshold). The contract will be awarded in accordance with the negotiated procedure, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-1, cf. § 13-2. The procurement will be implemented with qualification of suppliers who will send a request for participation in the procurement. In the first phase - the qualification phase - we will assess whether any qualification requirements set until the tenderers are fulfilled. In this competition all qualified tenderers will be invited to submit a tender in the competition. Qualified tenderers will be invited to submit a tender in the competition. The award criteria are in point 6. All invited tenderers who then deliver tenders will have their tender evaluated before the contracting authority invites tenderers to negotiations. Negotiations can be carried out in several fasars in order to reduce the amount of talk on the premises in advance. A principal reduction of the tender can occur before negotiations were made. The reduction of the speech on the household that is negotiated occurs on the basis of an assessment of the award criteria, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 23-11. The contracting authority ́s agreement to not negotiations on whether it is assessed as precautionary, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 23-7 (5).
