    Beskrivelse

The contracting authority has chosen, in this procurement, to safeguard climate and environmental considerations through concrete requirements for the delivery and the tenderer ́s implementation, rather than using climate and environmental considerations as an award criterion with a minimum of 30% weighting. This is in accordance with the exclusionary provision in the Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9 fourth section, which allows for the requirement to replace weighting if this gives a better climate and environmental effect. The procurement concerns a digital test tool, where the climate and environmental impact is mainly related to: • operation of digital systems (processing and storing data) • development and further development of the system. • Resource use in infrastructure systems and data processing. The contracting authority has therefore set targeted requirements that directly address these influence factors, including requirements for: • efficient use of resources connected to processing, data storage and data transfer. • reduction of unnecessary storage and data duplication. • resource and cost efficient further development and management of the system. • systematic work on climate and environmental improvements at suppliers. Based on this, the contracting authority considers that the conditions in the PPR § 7-9 (4) are fulfilled, by the set requirements in total giving a better climate and environmental effect than a weighting of at least 30 %
