    Framework agreement for the procurement of IT equipment (PCs, monitors, periphery and meeting room equipment) Procedure: Restricted tender contest (two stage) - FOA part III Framework agreement: 3 years + option 1 year Parallel framework agreements: 2 tenderers Mini competition: list price > NOK 200,000 The aim is to establish parallel framework agreements with 2 tenderers for ongoing procurements of IT equipment for approx. 65 employees and approx. 10 meeting rooms divided between locations in Oslo and Tromsø. The contracting authority aims at limiting the number of mini competitions to one (1) per annum, but there may be a need for several. Call-offs will be made if needed. Mini competitions are used as a main rule for call-offs where the total list price exceeds NOK 200,000 excluding VAT, but the Contracting Authority reserves the right to use mini-competitions for minor procurements as well. In case of individual call-offs that do not trigger mini competitions, call-offs will be awarded to the tenderer who is ranked as no. 1 in the framework agreement ́s award. If a tenderer ranked as no. 1 cannot deliver within the framework agreement ́s terms, call-offs can be awarded to the tenderer ranked as no. 2.Hovedtrekkene i prosedyrenThe procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Act dated 17 June 2016 no. 73 and the public procurement regulations dated 12 August 2016 no. 974. The procurement shall be carried out through a restricted tender contest in accordance with part I and part III of the regulation (above the EEA threshold). The competition will be held in two stages: 1. Request for participation: Tenderers shall submit a request, completed ESPD form, documentation of qualification requirements, as well as responses to the selection criteria U1-U3, cf. point 7. 2. Tender offers: If more than five tenderers are qualified, a selection will be made based on the ranking according to the selection criteria. The contracting authority invites 5 qualified tenderers to submit a tender. Tenderers are to submit a reply to the award criteria T1-T3, cf. point 8.
